They want us to document and replicate and structure to the discovery process by which we built xigi and implement it in their new markets group. so figuring out how i use email, wiki's, deli, the brain and xigi etc. and turning that all into a piece of software is the goal.

wiki's don't do linear process; they capture points in time.
emailing a wiki is helpful for archiving discussions in a neutral place. we need to do that and highlight. capturing emails on the web for a group is great function.
i want a group that agrees on deli tags as they explore things. visualization of the group's deli tags as clouds and other things that already exist would be useful.
